The pilot evaluation for Cohort 1 of Beyond the Story - a 12-week therapeutic group programme delivered at the Devon Clinic - is now complete. Focusing on completer outcomes across four participant records, the pilot assessed shifts in general wellbeing, connection, voice, and identity.

It gives me great pleasure to offer the next therapeutic group at Shekinah (Torquay) on Tuesday 8th September at 18:00 until 19:30 over 12 weeks. The weekly support is structured to offer therapeutic support around trauma-informed narrative, identity and exploring what defence mechanisms hold you back to living a fuller life.

I have news… The group, which was started in the back room of Endeavour House, Torquay, with no participants for several weeks, has now become a constant safe space for many people.
